By ordering any of Olivia’s Sales products, you agree to bound by these terms and conditions.

• It is your responsibly to ensure your details are correct when placing an order. (please check addresses before submitting your order)
• All orders if in stock will be shipped 1-4 working days of the order being placed. Please allow extra time during busy periods (sales, Black Friday, Christmas )
• All items on the website can have up to a 15 working day wait before shipping, this is only a guide. Most items are ready for immediate dispatch. If you have any concerns regarding waiting times please feel free to email.
• Olivia’s Sales reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.
• We are careful to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our goods are correct when they are posted on Olivia’s Sales website. However while the colour reproduction of the goods on our website is a close representing, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software or the computer system used by you.
• Please note that delivery periods are expected guide-lines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer.
